Crystal / Energy Healing

The universe is full of life and energy. Within Mother Earth there are thousands of gems and minerals that can be used for their energy to help heal. That is what I do, I harvest the energy within the crystals and spread it through you to help heal and align your energy. Our goal is to be one with Gaia, not feel like two opposing magnets. When you come for a crystal healing, I guide the energy throughout your body. 

There is never a wrong time to receive healing. In fact the days you say you don’t have time are the times you need it the most. When you book a crystal healing with me here are a few things to expect:

Your role: Simply, to lie down and relax. 

I start with a chakra balancing meditation, aura cleansing  and some sage and Selenite to help cleanse your energy. Next, I’ll work with a pendulum to gain insight on what is needed to balance your energy that day. Then, will then use and apply the crystals to bring balance to your body and soul. As I mentioned previously, crystals are a conduit for healing and will help to do all of the work to bring your body into positive alignment. While the crystals work on bringing in the positive flow, they are also ushering out the negative.*

In the end of the session your energy will match that of the crystals and you will be tired. Your body has just been cleansed of dis-ease causing energy. I will recommend what you need and where you can purchase them. All of this is to continue your healing process. 

You might be asking yourself if you “really need this?” The short answer is yes. 

Everyone deserves the chance to relax and rejuvenate. Think of this as a mini vacation for your mind, body, and soul. 

Crystal healing helps with anxiety, past trauma, current worries, aches, pain, and illness. While I can not guarantee that you will be healed you will be able to handle life easier on a day to day basis. You will have deeper awareness, feel more relaxed, and feel more balanced mindfully and emotionally. 

When you are done with your healing I will give you your reading. These are the messages I have received from Spirit and your Spirit Guides. I will give you a mantra, and crystals that are resonating with your energy. 

*Be sure to drink plenty of water after your healing to help continue bringing your body into the correct balance and help release stagnant / unwanted energies.
